Grey Is Odd is a browser-based logic puzzle game created by Giovanni Rossi. Its concept was originally published under the name “Pari e Dispari” in the Italian magazine Focus Brain Trainer, published by Gruner+Jahr / Mondadori around 2010.
Years later, the idea evolved into a digital version — a modern logic game blending mathematical reasoning, pattern recognition, and minimalist design.
The goal remains faithful to the original concept: fill the grid so that grey areas contain an odd number of dots and white areas contain an even number. Each row and column tells you exactly how many dots to place.
Each puzzle is designed to be solvable through pure logical deduction. There is no need to guess: every solution can be reached step by step with reasoning.
In addition to unlimited puzzles, Grey Is Odd features a Daily Puzzle shared by players worldwide on the same day, with the solution revealed later.
Grey Is Odd is an independent project, created for players who enjoy calm, thoughtful logic puzzles.
